This attractive, second floor single level gold rated unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath well appointed condominium that features modern decor and furnishings. The Atelier Condominiums are a short walk away from the Sun Valley Resort and Dollar Mountain. There is a west facing deck with views of Bald Mountain that comes complete with a gas BBQ and patio furniture.
Down the hall from the stone tiled entry you'll find the first bathroom which features stone tile, new vanity and counter top and an oversize tiled shower. You'll then enter another hall where you'll find a stackable washer and dryer, the second bath and both bedrooms with log furniture. The Master bedroom has a King log bed that faces two windows with views of Bald Mountain. This bedroom also has a 15"flat panel TV/DVD/CD player and a portable air conditioner in the double closet to keep you cool in the summer. The second bedroom has twin trundle beds and a Queen Log bed, double closet, 21"wall mounted TV and a mountain view from the window. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 with the sleeper sofa.
You'll also find a view of Dollar Mountain right at the entry of this secluded and quiet location at the back of the Atelier property. This unit is at the back of the Ateliers and provides privacy but is still very close to the Sun Valley Lodge, amenities and Dollar Mountain. The golf course is directly behind the property and the bike path is just down the street.
